When significant damage to floor joists caused by moisture forced these homeowners to address repairs, it was the perfect time to design the bathroom of their dreams.
The old bathtub was bulky and outdated. The large window is replaced with a custom transom window to allow natural light into the space. The new shower is timeless in design with modern elements. The mid century styled vanity, custom made, is most certainly the showstopper in this project. The double entry doors are replaced with a pocket door to save space to round out the new design.

The shower valve is placed to allow effortless ease of use. The diverter valve and handshower are placed exactly where they are best utilized. Sometimes, a sway from perfect symmetry ends up being better than perfect.

The rich wood tones of the vanity are highlighted by the earthy matte green paint. Modern mirrors and lighting compliment the space without taking center stage. While frameless shower glass is primarily used in our projects, the framed shower glass was absolutely needed in this project to provide the needed balance.
We love the final result! We also love the feeling we have in knowing the repairs were properly performed, and ongoing moisture issues were addressed prior to getting to the fun stuff.
