Cyndi & Dave

Our Story

Back in 2013, after being taken advantage of by plumbing companies, Cyndi was inspired to create a different kind of trade service company, one based on the kind of honesty and ethics she wanted as a customer.

With over two decades of multi-trade expertise, Dave wanted to create more than just another service company, he wanted to build one that truly puts customers first. Partnering with Cyndi, whose 20+ years in business and operations bring structure and strategy, the two combined their strengths to form a company rooted in skill, ethics, and service. Today, through Dave, the company holds an Unlimited Plumbing Class 1 License in North Carolina

MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Cyndi

Cyndi, one of our owners, leads with a genuine passion for customer care and dependable service. She believes that operational efficiency is essential and equally important is fostering a company culture where employees enjoy coming to work every day.

Dave

As one of the owners of NCWaterHeaters.com, Dave brings many years of experience to the table and also carries the company's Master Plumbing License. Dave has been a multi-tradesman in the Raleigh area since the 1990's with many of the same customers still relying on his expertise today.

Brandon

Brandon has been one of our top plumbing service and install technicians for over 12 years. He works closely with customers and staff to ensure plumbing projects are completed efficiently and with care. Brandon is committed to delivering dependable solutions that keep homes in the Triangle running smoothly.

Crystal

Crystal is our Customer Support Manager , dedicated to making every customer’s experience smooth and stress-free. With a background in customer care and a talent for problem solving, she ensures homeowners get the help they need quickly and clearly.

Lee

Lee is our lead Electrician, instrumental in serving our customers and is a 30+ yr licensed electrician. He ensures every job is done safely, efficiently, and up to code, and takes pride in providing dependable service to keep families comfortable and worry-free.

Zach

Zach is our Marketing Coordinator, focused on sharing the company’s story and community connection. His background in marketing, customer support, and tech skills, helps clients learn about the services that keep their homes running smoothly.

Irene

Irene, our AP Manager, works behind the scenes with precision and strong organizing skills ensure billing and payments are handled accurately and efficiently. Her dedication helps support our mission of delivering reliable service to every homeowner.

Dan

Dan has an extensive background in new home builds and renovations. An expert at executing projects, Dan also maintains great relationships with team members and homeowners. He ensures every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Trevor

With over 6 years of experience, Trevor specializes in kitchen and bath remodels, bringing both expertise and a customer-first attitude to every project. Known for being knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to work with, he helps homeowners turn their renovation visions into reality.
