Response to novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

As stay-at-home orders are released in Wake and surrounding counties, NCWaterHeaters.com and our trade divisions have the following guidelines in place.

*We are considered essential personnel during this time and will be able to address your plumbing needs.

*NCWaterHeaters.com and Plumbing have additional protective measures in place. Technicians will wear new shoe booties in each property. Gloves and masks may be worn. Stringent handwashing procedures and frequent sanitizing of vehicles and workspace will occur. While office staff is working from remote locations, our office will still be cleaned regularly.

*Employees are to practice social distancing at all times and will stay home if not feeling well.

*We ask that you inform us if anyone in your home is ill or experiencing symptoms so that we may take extra precautions.

*We are offering virtual appointments in case you prefer to consult with a plumber about your issue prior to us entering your home. This is being offered so we can help you determine the urgency and severity of the issue. Please request this service when contacting us for an appointment as we will have blocks of time each day set aside for virtual appointments.

*Projects requiring permits and inspections may experience delays based on guidelines set forth by area municipalities. We will discuss this with you should you have this need.

Whether you are an existing or potential new customer, we want to help you with your plumbing needs in the safest way possible. If you have any special circumstances or questions, please reach out to us at 919-868-3585.
